Sylvain Tesson

Sylvain Tesson (born in Paris in 1972) is a geographer, journalist and writer. Member of the Société des Explorateurs Français, he divides his time between long expeditions, writing and documentary filmmaking. His many travels have inspired him a dozen books, including L’axe du loup (Robert Laffont, 2004), Éloge de l’énergie vagabonde (Éditions des Équateurs, 2007) and Aphorismes sous la lune et autres pensées sauvages(Éditions des Équateurs, 2008).
